Cardio.....

What is cardiocascular exercises?

Well....it basically means the thing that you do in the gym or anything that increases your heart rate....:p

It is one of the effective ways in losing those extra weights that you have...

* Increase metabolism (see BMR)
* Strengthens the cardiovascular system
* Strengthens the immune system
* Lowers stress levels

Examples of cardio exercises:

* Swimming
* Power walking / treadmill
* Cycling
* Skipping / Jump roping
* Jogging
* Aerobics
* (any exercise that keeps your heart rate in the target heart rate zone)

So there you go, a simple explanation on cardiovascular exercises. I've tried power walking/treadmill, jogging and skipping. Perhaps, in the next few days, I'm gonna try to go for a swim once a week.
