80 Months Bonus??

80 Months bonus?

Is it true that NUBE is demanding 80 months bonuses for MayBank Staff?

Imagine a workforce of 30,000 Maybank staff demanding 80 months bonuses.

The amount, presumably will be super huge eh???

    80 months bonus? I don't think so. If say 8 months then it's believeable.

    Now i think it's contractual 2months and the extra up to the discretion of the respective Banks

    I think what NUBE assumed is that the mamagement level having 8months bonuses for the past 10 years while the clerical level hve the normal contractual bonus.

    But not many of the management staffs gets 8months bonus. Only a handful of them
